    Actually, if the organization has settled on Murton as no more than a platoon OF, I support them trading him for value (i.e., not Matt Karchner). Fill his role with DeRosa or, ultimately, Jake Fox.

    Actually, if he has such a deal, he needs to honor it. On the other hand, if he made such a deal, he needs to be fired immediately.

    Do you ever have anything good to say? Ever? The Cubs spend enough money to field a winning team. The Cubs organization is pretty good at developing pitchers. Ryan Theriot is a nice little ballplayer. I believe Felix Pie will someday be one of the best players in baseball.
