    i can't see complaining about bunting with the 5 hitter when facing a Cy Young candidate (with great Wrigley numbers) in these conditions, especially after it produces a run.

    the '06 Cubs have as many '03 Marlins as the '06 Marlins. the '06 Marlins have as man '03 Cubs as the '03 Cubs. (active roster) (^ I'M WRONG, cubs have 2 from '03, marlins only have 1 '03 Cub.. unless you want to count Welley)

    :lol: well played! I believe that the downfall of Lidge started when Walker got that big hit off him on one leg at the end of last year.

    There is no concievable reason Neifi should start versus a LHP. None whatsoever. what's really unfortunate is (and I don't know if stats back me up, but..) I feel more confident when Neifi is batting righthanded. He seems to be less of a slappy hitter and more patient.
