    That would be the smart move. They can't until they hear back from the appeal process. Which prolly will be on Monday. he could have dropped his appeal. Man he sucker punched the guy on national tv. I loved it, but he prolly should have gotten more games for having the gall to appeal. Everybody appeals no matter what they do, Kenny Rogers appealed beating up a camera man and got it reduced.
