    i think it's important to mention the teams that has faced in his two starts.. The Reds a great offense and the wild card leader and the Tigers the best team in baseball at the moment.

    Who's going to get de-rostered though, Mark has to come back to the 40 man, and there is already 40 without him.

    Bobby Cox is often times credited as one of if not the best manager in baseball, and even he is still using Rem as a LOOGY. We saw it against the Cubs, and I just put on the Braves/Red Sox game to see Rem Coming in to face Ortiz and Nixon. Ortiz promptly hit it out of the park. When are big league managers going to see what seems pretty easy to figure out... even Lou Pinnela said "Remlinger actually has gotten righties out better than lefties this year."

    Didn't Reed break his finger and miss alot of time at Peoria last year? I'm not sure if there was an injury, but I know he didn't hit and went to Boise I believe.

    Notes from Fleita (I came in when he was already there so I probably missed a bunch). - likes Veal, BB is an issue - talked about how good Marmol has done - likes both Reed and Muyco, great arms and impressed with Muyco's game calling. Reed was way to young last year for Peoria but it was a good experience

    I just put on the chiefs game, Nathan says that Ryan Norwood is the best defensive first baseman he's seen in his 4 years in the league.
