    He lashed that one today... well, yesterday... into the stands. Frank Thomas did, Sheffield still in the 470s. He's another tweener between this year and next... probably next.

    Any way to see if Pie or Fontenot have faced this guy this year? I know Gallardo dominated the I-Cubs not to long ago, just can't remember if either were with the team than or how they did.

    Too bad the Cubs probably won't be able to spend any money this offseason because they have proven they love to give out multimillion dollar deals to the worst player available.

    And when the Brewers were playing the Tigers weren't the Cubs playing the Mariners, who at the time were one of the hottest teams in baseball? But whatever, I don't really buy into this anyways, it's just the nature of division and league we're in. The Cubs have won 6 in a row and only gained 1 game, that sucks yes, but they have a chance to change that this weekend and hopefully they take advantage.

    As soon as the cubs do... The Rockies are a hell of a lot more formidable than the Astros.

    Zambrano has 9 wins, that's pretty amazing for how terrible he was and for as long as he was.

    why exactly do you PH for a guy that is 1-1 with a 3run jack and 2 IBB? If you want Pagan in for defense just put him in there in the bottom of the inning.
