    these close games are fun and all, but I could go for a nice relaxing game sometime soon

    look on the bright side, that should be the worst game pretty much everyone is going to have all year (hopefully). That game would have been nice to win, but it's not time to jump off the ledge. The Chicago media and most of the fanbase are going to be freaking embarrassing though.

    the Tribune article says the Rickets are paying 800 Million for 95% of the team, 25% of CSN Chicago & Wrigley Field. Rickets will be paying 100 million less than their 900 million dollar bid. What a bargain.

    The Bears first preseason game is a lot like the WBC and any All Star game, in that I get really excited for it, but then the game/event starts and I quickly lose interest in it. I just want to see Jay Cutler in a Bears gameday uniform. yeah. I'll probably stop watching after Cutler is out.

    i'm not sure if he pitched the next inning but i distinctly remember a game where he gave up a lead off triple in extras, but didn't allow the run to score.

    Who else is available? Kosuke is already in, then its Miles, Koyie Hill, Aramis Ramirez (hurt). Am I missing anyone on this horrid bench of ours? has fontenot been in? is he still on the team? i'd send Aramis up without a bat.
