    To me Chapman's performance in Game 5 is a top 5 moment, but that's just nitpicking... awesome job on the list.

    though a week early, Derwood's question is valid. The home opener appears to be ESPN only as well. It's BBTN before so they should be able to show it but it's pretty annoying Len won't be on the air for the moment.

    Yeah I'm sure there's a better doc to be made out of having access to the players and the footage, but it's still about the Cubs winning the World Series so it's great. I'm firmly in the Cubs won so who cares camp, and acknowledge that if anything had went different it could have gone bad in different ways but the pregame talk between Joe and Theo is the first time I was annoyed with Joe's managing in Game 7. It seemed to me that Joe had predetermined that he was pulling Kyle after 5, while Theo was confident Kyle could go 6/7.

    I wonder what that guy that kept updating his jersey with the number of years since the Cubs won the WS is going to do now? I almost feel bad for the guy. (no not really) My guess is maybe 11.

    YES! This may be worth going down and standing around Waveland/Sheffield and watch them go up.

    speculation that it has to do with it being his 3rd day in a row playing with one of those days being catching 4 innings.

    I'm watching without volume, but being that it was right after he walked and there was no discussion about it and he seemed fine slapping hands in the dugout it must have been a planned 1 AB and out situation for whatever reason.

    The collection is up for sale now on MLBShop Gold trimmed hats with trophy patch in the various styles of hat Gold trimmed jerseys and shirseys regular t's with Chicago or Cubs written across the chest in gold if you got a grand to drop there's a gold baseball with an autograph inscription of both Bryzzo and 2016 WS Champs and Fly the W I think I'm going to pick up a shirsey, I like how the front logo is the classic Cubs logo and not the C with the bear walking through that shirseys usually have if the "Few Left" tag means anything Javy and Maddon are the most popular choices right now

    It was talked about in another but most teams have A level and B level rings, and some have even had C level rings. It seems like with 'historic' championships like this one teams are generally pretty generous handing them out.

    He did only pitch 11 innings in the series, but he was pretty damn good. I think if he came on in relief in game 7 and shut the Indians down to win the WS, he probably would have. For all of the people complaining about the bullpen choices in Game 7, not seeing Jake is the one that actually bugged me. The Indians didn't seem to have an answer for him, and I really just wanted to save Chapman for the 9th; it seemed perfectly set up to bring him in. Maybe he wasn't feeling it or didn't look right when warming up (if he warmed up at all), but yeah, even before things went wrong I was wondering aloud why Jake wasn't ready or coming in. I'm pretty sure he did warm up at some point, I remember seeing them showing him throwing in the bullpen but I may be remembering wrong.

    Unless I'm reading a tweet wrong the rotation will go Lester, Arietta, Lackey, Anderson, Hendricks. Not that it matters much, but kind of weird to line up the ERA winner and 3rd place Cy Young voter as your 5th starter.
