  1. If Hall or Issac are available, those are the two I focus on. I prefer Hall at this point with Dexter sliding to the 1 in passing situations. Follow up with an interior OL and S (although I want to see Smith at FS).
  2. This is ideal as it gets.
  3. More likely the Bears not drafting him rather than him being at 9.
  4. That's my guess, best defensive player.
  5. I don't see either taking a WR, hope I'm right.
  6. I preferred Nabers to Odunze but it was minimal.
  7. I'm guessing Odunze goes to NY.
  8. I'm hoping for 4 QBs in 1st 8 picks. 5 would be ideal. Then, I'd consider going to 12/14.
  9. Fangio wants to be closer to his family in Philly.
  10. https://twitter.com/BerniceKing/status/1748887442038431863
  11. I guess I should add Roman to my list. I'd put him higher if I knew they were keeping Fields but I'm going to assume they will select a QB at 1/1. I'd slot Roman behind Kubiak and Waldron but ahead of Olson and Coen.
  12. Coen was terrible with the Rams. I've seen him enough at UK to where he's a good OC in college football but that's his max. Him and Stoops don't get along (I blame Stoops more on this one) but I would not want him. I think Waldron has been good with Seattle but I think Kubiak might have a higher risk/reward. I think Waldron can get the middle of the pack results which is better than Olson or Coen.
  13. They're different enough to go beyond skin color, university, and number to be able to differentiate the two. If for some reason Williams isn't there at 1/1, I would be fine taking Maye. Unlike Trubisky, Maye would be the best QB available if that happened.
  14. Between Waldron, Kubiak, Coen, and Olson.... I'd rank them.... Kubiak Waldron Olson Coen Which means they'll hire Coen.
  15. Almost 80% completion percentage, 3TDs, passer rating+150 again a very good defense for a rookie in a playoff is great. Throwing for only 270+ yards doesn't diminish his performance.
  16. Hub loves Michigan players.
  17. Disappointing yet expected as far as only Getsy. I hope it's Jerrod Johnson or Frank Smith.
  18. Would Matt Ryan be a possibility as an OC or more likely a QB coach on this staff? He'll be completely out of his contract with Indy and has a close relationship with Poles. He's always been regarded as a potential future HC.
  19. I would not spend elite money on Evans, there's too much risk for decline and money needed to spend elsewhere. I'd rather see a high price FA at DE or DT (I love love love Hunter from Minnesota) or Jones Wilkins, or the DT from Baltimore. I would draft a WR with one of the 1st rounders (Odunze at 9 would be ideal) and sign Boyd from Cincy for the slot.
  20. Since it seems like I do this every year... My top HC candidates: 1) Jim Harbaugh 2a) Jerod Mayo LB/Assistant HC (Assume he'll stay in NE) 2b) Mike MacDonald DC - Ravens 3) Frank Smith OC - Miami 4) Ben Johnson OC - Detroit 5) Dave Canales OC - Tampa 6) Aaron Glenn DC - Detroit
  21. I do think this team is further away than many think. There's only one true weapon on offense and it's not the QB. Kmet is above avg at TE but that's more because of him being the #2 option on a bad offense. The RB group is below average without a true #1. We obviously know about Moore and what is not there after him. Offensive line: Davis was a huge disappointment as was Whitehair and Patrick. Jenkins can't stay healthy and Jones was ok at LT with Wright being good at RT. This offense was well below average in talent and production. ST - Santos was good. Gill was terrible as was the return team (Taylor and Velus) Defense - Sweat was pivotal in getting this defense better. Actually provided a true threat. Billings was ideal for his role. Walker was disappointing as was Ngakoue. Dexter improved once Sweat arrived. Pickens and Jones were seldom to be found. Edwards and Edmunds were sold yet unspectacular. Johnson improved over last year, proved worthy of the franchise tag. Brisker was good, like to see him on the field more, Gordon was a disappointment, IMO. Stevenson improved as the season went on but still missed assignments. Jackson was a disappointment as well. I think the games they choked offset the easy schedule they had. They didn't deserve to be mentioned as a possible playoff team (even with 14 teams getting in). The talent or coaching isn't there. Even if they have a successful off-season, they might be able to backdoor into the playoffs next year and battle Minnesota for not finishing last.
  22. Although I would blow everything up (Poles on down), I do except Getsy and Fields to be gone.
  23. He's won. Regardless, of pros or college and has been successful at developing QBs. I'm sure he'll flame out after a few years but there will be winning before that and once he leaves (likely while winning) they can maintain it.
  24. Talent wise, they have a long ways to go to become a legit playoff contender.
  25. Draft Williams, trade Fields for a 2nd. Draft a WR (Odunze) with the 2nd 1st rounder. Sign Madubuike DT Draft or sign DE (Uche) Draft FS early/Cut Jackson (Kitchens). I do think Smith would make a better FS than CB, IMO. Sign Andre James at C. Draft an IOL in the 1st 4 rounds.
