    Some of the remaining FA are talking about holding their own spring training together. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk Kinda hard to say something like this when the Cubs and Astros have won the last two World Series doing exactly this.

    I live 25 miles from Angels Stadium and sometimes forget Mike Trout exists. That's exactly my thought. Trout is putting up a top five all time career and you rarely hear about him.

    The committee making a bad choice two years in a row isn't a positive. Alabama did nothing to deserve to get in, even if you think they are the best team. They managed to not lose by 31 to anyone this year. They lost to the only good team they played and came in third in their conference. I guess it doesn't matter to me, I won't be watching it anyway.

    Yeah the best part is their best argument is exactly the opposite of what they were arguing last year. That said I think Ohio State has a better resume even w 2 losses.     I just can't get over the stupidity of trading that pick. If the best team in the league with a stacked roster sees someone worth rostering at that pick how can the pile of horsefeathers known as the Bulls not see the same? And then to get openly trolled and embarrassed by that team and player. I'm sure they were super excited to tell Jerry that they saved him some money.

    Eh, I'm honestly not that sure about that. This is MLB coming down super hard on a team being super stupid. Coppolella and the gang were really stupid and brazen. Trying to package guys from different classes, including a year you're under the penalty? I think there's a wink-wink, nudge-nudge to how things get done in that market, but the Braves went a bit too far, plus they were stupid with hiding things. And trying to do a package deal with a 14 year old? They were just too brazen and too dumb. On top of that, Coppolella was hated by the rest of the league. If it were someone else, I honestly doubt the penalty would have been as harsh. He just pissed everyone off, by being greedy. And then by being stupid. I think all this does is helps get rid of the buscones and makes teams cover their tracks a bit better. Easiest way to fix this is to get rid of the caps and let players get what they're worth.

I've never intentionally clicked it, only accidentally when trying to click active topics on my phone.
