They certainly look flat. I said it the other day: I think the Cubs could benifit from a bench clearing brawl.... somehow i dont think it will help So long as Perez, Macias and Hollandsworth are on the bench, it can always use clearing. Buh-dum-dum...yeah! /tears of a clown cant say i disagree....a brawl that put those 3 on the DL would be a help

CUBS are averaging 7.22 runs per game against Cincinnati !! and 0.5 runs per game over the last 2 games not including today

i dunno if it was mentioned or not cause i quit reading the thread, but how about... WTF was Z even in today for with a blister???it WAS his problem today...i called it when he went out with it last game he pitched(granted it was to a friend sitting in my house cant be found on the board)......he needed a week+ off....good thing we got 2 off days b4 he's up again...maybe that thing can heal...dusty is gambling on Z healing quick against Z's season UNFORGIVABLE!!! now i know you'll say blisters dont wreck a season, but if they never have a chance to heal, Z wont be effective...give the kid a day off and let him heal

Congrats, you're the Lewis Black of this message board, and I mean that as a total compliment (though, if I remember correctly, you're a Republican and probably won't take it as such). But you do have a way of angrily, somewhat funnily, and still sincerely making a point. Naw, I'm a Republican yeah, but I don't take politics very seriously. Lewis Black is a riot, I like him a lot more than Stewart, I have to say. I'm also crazy about the blonde, I forget her name now? ok, i been avoiding this post for a while, but seein how my tenure here is gonna stick, i guess i gotta come clean... on cubs.com i was hmmm...i may have to go check and get back to ya, its been a while since i used it... :lol: ok after a brief visit to cubs.com i have rediscovered my identity...i was 25yrcubfan....its been a while and i never really posted there too much anyway anyway, if anyone cares, my name is david and you can see me anytime the cubs play houston in houston as i live in texas now :cry: although i do make it to wrigley almost every year :P edit: i am also known as "a25yearcubbiefan" on yahoo mlb chats...i generally try to keep anonymous, but things seem pretty friendly here, cordial at worst so i guess i can give up a bit of anonymity for the sake of comaradarie
