    Carl was worth 4.9 WAR post-Theo. Heyward has been worth *gulp* 2.3 WAR. PLOT TWIST: The Red Sox only got 0.2 WAR from Carl, the rest went to the Dodgers. Basically they both suck. World Series peptalk. World Series peptalk World Series peptalk WORLD SERIES PEPTALK world series peptalk... those are some record-breaking speaking fees.

    everyday should be a double header in the MLB. Increase the roster to 40. teams should play 324 games a year. think of the revenue.

    I'd still rather not the team arrive in Cincy at 6 AM. I’d rather them not have to fly to Atlanta on a random Thursday from like Arizona the day before and be on like a 15+ game stretch. They could sleep all morning/day tomorrow in Cincy and not show up to the park until like 4:30. Not sure of this has been posted already, per ESPN

    For the Cubs/D'Backs series I went to last year, the immediate surrounding blocks of Chase Field are sort of a dump/dead. One big appeal of a Scottsdale move could be to create that "Wrigelyville" / "Ballpark Village" feel outside the stadium. Not worth it though.

    Yeah I don't understand this. Chase field is a fine facility, it would be a waste of money to move the team.
