acting like you needed to include the meaningless spring training game qualifier it was one of the last fun moments before we no longer needed to find joy in things like that There is never joy in Spring Training games. Only boredom. If Spring Training was a three-day weekend it would be too long as a temporary Arizonan, it was pretty joyful to pay $10 for tickets and go have some beers with friends while pretending to watch baseball

How about giving a pitcher an earpiece like an NFL QB so the coach can just talk to him through his Bose/Motorola headset? No mound visit necessary. This would require a green dot on the pitcher's hat.
