    Yeah, you'd think some people around here were born with pennants in their mouths. That didn't come out so well, but you should get the point. Unless you're chasing tail or something, there's no excuse for "ignoring" your team. This Cubs business is not something you can step out of when it's ugly and come running back when the playoff odds improve.

    I honestly feel that way. I just have no interest in this team. I almost want to but I can't. I don't know why either, but I just don't care either way what they do. Last year I would have been listening to the game while at work. This year, at about 2:30 I went to Chicago trib's website to read an article and noticed that the Cubs were playing a day game and said oh, I thought they were on the road. Lay off the hash.

    Ron started out in a three-man booth. Why not bring it back? A credible analyst would allow him to remain yet maintain the quality of the broadcast.
