    The sign likely isn't long for this world anyway. Tom Gramatis, the man called out by Ricketts for his association with Horseshoe Casino, now has only one way to recoup his investment - tear down the old frame house, build a rooftop club like those all around him, and give the Cubs a sizable cut of his proceeds. He'll do it, his successors will do it, or Ricketts himself will do it. The Toyota deal is through 2012. 2013 will see a new rooftop club in place, the Cubs will get their money, and the sign will be history.
