  1. I'd like to see Florida play for it. But Michigan does have a legitimate claim to play for it - they probably are the second best team in the country. You compare their loss to the losses of Louisville, Rutgers or Florida, and Michigan's loss is the "best" one.
  2. the clock ran down to 13 seconds, don't get your panties in a bunch I guess you missed the other calls? yeah, the refs were rooting for USC this week, the Patriots last week, etc... Indeed. Well, I hope for your sake that someday the refs are rooting for your team, and not against it.
  3. West Virginia lost at home to South Florida last week. Rutgers very much had a chance, even with White in the game.
  4. you could say that. I wonder how much college girls love the starting QB. If Cowan gets laid tonight, we'll know the answer. Please. He was getting laid at halftime. Girls love starting QB's. I hope for her that the room is dark... seriously his face looked like the surface of the moon

  7. Cowan needs Proactiv Solution

  9. you really think he's just going to sucker punch the guy right there in front of the ref? come on
  10. only happens 50 times a game
  11. Cowan's face is disturbing in HD
  12. ucla's qb has really bad acne
  13. ST. LOUIS (-6.5) over Arizona Detroit (+13.5) over NEW ENGLAND BUFFALO (+6) over San Diego NEW ORLEANS (-7) over San Francisco CHICAGO (-9) over Minnesota CLEVELAND (+5) over Kansas City Atlanta (+2) over WASHINGTON GREEN BAY (+1.5) over Jets TENNESSEE (+7.5) over Indy Houston (+3) over OAKLAND Jacksonville (+1.5) over MIAMI NY GIANTS (+3.5) over Dallas (Giants win outright) PITTSBURGH (-7) over Tampa Bay Seattle (+3) over DENVER Carolina (-3) over PHILADELPHIA
  14. Good to see Navy will win - in honor of this, I'll post a picture of some of the people who were supposed to spell out "GO NAVY" but intermingled in an unfortunate manner: http://slapnose.com/images/blog/0605/0605_gay_navy_400x329.jpg Also, was Reggie Ball really the best QB that Ga Tech could offer the past four years. His completion went down every year and was a wretched 45% this year, and his career QB rating is around 105, which sucks in the college formula. He was 15-55 passing the past two weeks!!! I've picked against Ga Tech in pretty much every difficult game they've had this year, solely because it would be Reggie Ball against a tough defense. Tech really is lucky to have him gone next year.
  15. haha just watched that play by Colon in the K-State game... a fine way to kick of the unmitigated disaster that will be the bob thuggins era
  16. Jeez, look at all those geriatrics. That team has absolutely no future.
  17. It has to be the teams that are playing. Neither Wake nor Tech is a traditional power with a big fan base. Although, I would've thought that Wake fans would go, since their team might not make it back there for 50 years.
  18. word is, he will sign on with OU for "Rhett Bomar money"
  19. If used correctly steroids can help out a player a lot though. Well, there is some anecdotal evidence of that, but I haven't seen anything that systematically goes about trying to show how much of a benefit they provide. Well, there's also no proof that Pete Rose did anything different in the games that he bet on the Reds.
  20. *COUGH* Jacque Jones and Scott Moore for Ian Snell *COUGH* Achem.... excuse me, what? Yeah I'm sure the Pirates would jump at that deal
  21. If there's one thing the Giants need, it's more veteran outfielders! Would hate to have three guys out there whose combined ages are below 100.
  22. I'm going to try to watch some of the Oregon St-Hawai'i game while at work tomorrow night. Should be quite the offensive explosion.
  23. No way this can happen. To get a record low you generally need calm winds and clear skies. Chicago won't have either. But yeah, it's gonna be darn cold for that game.
  24. Yes, he did have a better lineup than the one surrounding Pujols - hence the reason the Phillies led the league in runs and scored 84 runs more than the Cards, who were 6th in the league. The Cards made the playoffs instead of the Phillies because of (a) better pitching and (b) having the good fortune to play in a terrible division.
