There are currently 24 regular OFs in the majors that have an OPS of .850 or above (none are Cubs, of course). - There are 3 known free agents at the end of 2005: Reggie Sanders, Brian Giles and Johnny Damon. And a fourth, Hideki Matsui, is not under contract beyond 2005, but I forget if he's considered a free agent, or if he's arbitration eligible. - There are 4 players, who have deals that their teams would arguably love to dump if they could under the right circumstance: Manny Ramirez, Ken Griffey, Jr., Andruw Jones and Pat Burrell. - There are 8 players, whose teams I think would trade them if the right deal came along: David Dellucci, Adam Dunn, Gary Sheffield, Moises Alou, Cliff Floyd, Trot Nixon, Jermaine Dye and Carlos Lee. - There are 8 players, who I see as being "untouchable" because of what they mean to the franchise, and/or because they are still fairly cheap: Vladimir Guerrero, Miguel Cabrera, Bobby Abreu, Jim Edmonds, JD Drew, Jason Bay, Kevin Mench and Jose Guillen.
