Does the reporting function work at all?

I report trolls and racists. There have been a good amount of both since the port to the new software.

I have never once gotten an acknowledgement of a report received.

Do they go anywhere?

Does anyone give a horsefeathers?

Yeah, all reports are read and addressed. Some are processed, others are rejected. I see warning points have been handed out in many cases.

Well, something along the lines of "thanks for the report, this person has been warned" or "we haven't deemed this worth any action" would be really appreciated. That's how things used to be done here

Fair. While we typically don't tell posters action we've taken with others, some kind of additional notification could be useful. I'll put it on the list of things to look into.
