In my opinion it's illiniguy's train of thought that keeps this organization down. Is it your contention it's ok to suck? Sure sounds like you're creating a scapegoat if I've ever heard one for these clowns. For someone to get on another's case for not being optimistic about this club is.....amazing to say the least.

Wrap the glove with rubber bands and put it under your pillow when you sleep. It should lossen it up nicely, also lots and lots of catch. Good luck!
