  1. Bradley threw a hissy fit after getting out after his last at-bat. Threw his helmet and gatorade bottle in the dugout and then went towards the clubhouse. Lou followed him down there with Z following after Lou. No idea what happened down there, but he's out of the game now.
  2. The radio booth just had an update on Bradley. They said he threw his helmet down when he got back to the dugout after his at-bat, then threw down a Gatorade bottle and went down the tunnel towards the clubhouse. Lou followed him down there with Z following after Lou. He's out of the game now. Guess Lou had some fighting words with him and decided to take him out.
  3. He's way too excited to tell you what's happening. yeah, he's all over the place. he just starts screaming for no reason.
  4. Judd Sirott is an awful play-by-play guy. He never has any idea what's happening. He said it was a basehit and then started screaming that Bradley had in fact caught the ball. Then he takes 10 minutes to call the runner out after Soto gunned him out. Just terrible.
  5. Derwood, throw up a new thread. It's too late to wait for SouthPaw.
  6. Glad we could give Galarraga his first win in 2 months. This team is BAAAAD.
  7. Hoff! Nice. Can we have a real rally for once?
  8. I think our biggest problem right now is that this team is getting old. Our "stars" are on the downside of their career and we really don't have any superstars in the making. We need to get younger, but it's going to be tough to do that with all these long-term contracts and NTC's.
  9. Nice work Marshall. We should be out of our misery soon.
  10. Meh. I don't have any problem with him smoking a little grass now and again. Not like he's the only person in the world doing it.
  11. I see we suck still. Have we left a ton of guys on base again this game or just overall suckage from everyone?
  12. 1. A Soriano, LF .224 14 30 7 2. R Theriot, SS .284 6 26 9 3. M Bradley, RF .247 5 16 0 4. D Lee, 1B .286 11 36 0 5. M Hoffpauir, DH .261 5 19 0 6. G Soto, C .225 5 19 1 7. K Fukudome, CF .266 5 22 5 8. M Fontenot, 3B .232 6 26 2 9. A Blanco, 2B .245 0 6 0
  13. First round pick Brett Jackson has signed: http://www.mlb.com/news/press_releases/press_release.jsp?ymd=20090623&content_id=5482644&vkey=pr_chc&fext=.jsp&c_id=chc
  14. That doesn't sound good AT all. He's going to be playing in pain when he returns? If there is anyone who's going to have issues, it's Aram with his violent swing.
  15. I'm guessing the Cubs will face a similar situation with Soriano pretty soon.
  16. Looks like there's a small storm going through Atlanta now, but it shouldn't last all that long. I don't see there being any delay.
  17. Wow. Fox and Hoffpauir in the outfield. Looks like Fukudome will be covering lots of ground tonight.
  18. Haha. Z is a character. He's like a little kid.
  19. These situations are so completely predictable. You knew Marmol was going to walk in a run and you knew the Cubs were going to score after the sacrifice bunt. Why doesn't Lou see this stuff?
  20. Stupid to bunt with Hill knowing you have Blanco up next. Great, and now we have Miles pinch-hitting. Where is Fox?
  21. Yes, but you can complain about all the walks that led to those situations.
