    I prefer Verlander. I know alot of guys on this site would take the "easy way out" and chose a soft tosser, but come on "man up" and chose a tougher assignment. I'd go with Verlander. Man up? Please. All you're going to do is embarrass yourself. I imagine he'd get 2 strikes on you and then bounce a curve ball about 50 feet and you'd flail away like you had a shovel in your hand.

    Any chance that at-bat goes more than 3 pitches? Probably not.

    I don't think there's any chance at all, at least not this season, especially to a division rival. He's a bit of a bargain for them right now. His salary takes a big jump during the 2011 season, so I could see them maybe thinking about trading him next offseason if they're out of it.
