    Miller’s been lights out, there’s no way he’s sitting today. If the Padres are in a situation where they have to neutralize the Cubs in any way I would bet he comes in.

    PCA is trying to be a hero every at bat. He refuses to adjust his approach, he can’t lay off the high fastball and sliders or curves 3 feet off the plate. Pete and Seiya not reaching 30 homers and 100 RBI’s this far really sucks.

    I’m fine with their record too, making the postseason and all… Just saying it would have been nice to have a nice winning streak during the season. 21 games over .500, I’m happy with that.

    Not sure if you’re being sarcastic or not. Would it not have been nice at anytime during the season for the Cubs to have had a winning streak of more than 5 games?

    We absolutely need PCA and Seiya to heat up. I don’t know how I feel about Seiya man, I mean, he’s just not the same hitter he was in the first half. Doesn’t he have about 4 homeruns and 20ish RBI’s in his last 60 games?
