    And we didn’t need to wait long to not suffer the biggest defeat of the day. Blue Jays beat Yankees 10-1 in Game 1. Which leads me to a semi interesting thought. How crappy is Marquee’s broadcast quality? I feel like I am watching Baseball in 720p when we are playing at home. In fact, the postseason series against the Padres on ESPN was no better. It feels like it’s WF itself using outdated tech. Whenever I watch games in most other stadium, there is a big boost in the picture quality.

    Can the stadium janitor pitch a few innings to save the bullpen?

    Maybe Jed can stop looking in the bargain bin for starters and bullpen arms and actually put together a pitching crew that resembles a lot of the others teams arms in the postseason. Making up the numbers in the postseason sucks.

    Yeah, it’s over. A 5 run deficit is hard for any team to come back from. Milwaukee will likely score more runs, so there’s that too. 😞

    How do you get trolled by a club who will have fewer fans than the opposition at home postseason games?

    Cubs have the more recent World Series. That would still be true even if the Cubs didn’t win in 2016.

    This is going to sound strange. I didn’t get into the wildcard series at all. I almost treated it almost like a regular season series and even in the 9th inning tonight I felt strangely calm about everything. I know I will be right into the NLDS, but yeah. The series against the Padres felt like I was going through the motions.

    Have we got the NLDS schedule yet or nothings confirmed? A quick google search shows Game 1 tomorrow and Game 2 on Sunday.
