    A 5th place finish in Ange’s first season at the club would be a very good finish. An outside chance they could finish 4th given their 2 games in hand, but they need to win them and they have a tougher schedule than most so I wouldn’t bet on it.

    That was literally the most baseball history ever lol. Craig Counsell and Al Leiter played on the same World Series winning team in 1997 and 27 years later Craig Counsell is managing Al Leiter’s son.

    More than Jed would want to trade. I happened to click on two recent Mason Miller outings lately and one (or maybe both) were against the Yankees and both against the heart of the order, Volpe/Judge/Soto. Miller crushed them, just crushed. He’s been my fantasy lately to trade for. Not happening though.

    Just tread water until some of our stars come back and all should be fine. The offense is really struggling lately.

    Welp, I’d be surprised if we see a comeback tonight. I think you’d take 18-12 after 30 games though, especially given the IL list.
