    If I'm making fire rules to be followed I'm going to make rules that take as much thinking out of it as possible. It's pretty simple to figure out a rule that states if the ball is hit to the outfield and the outfielder calls for it, let the outfielder catch it. If the outfielder doesn't call for it, he should backup the infielder but let the infielder catch it. Eliminate thinking how many outs, which base(s) occupied, which inning, etc.

    Similar situation earlier in the game where Nico got in Seiya's way and Seiya had to slide which caused him to drop the ball. Maybe the guy who is running toward the play and has a better throwing opportunity should be given preference over the guy who is running backward?
