I'm sure he'll progress his pitch count very slowly as the year goes on. Yep, when we're out of it by August he should almost be ready to start. and when he comes off the DL in late april, he'll be the most expensive ROOGY of all time. -

I don't remember anything notable about Corey in opening day '04, but he had a monster game opening day '03 against the Mets. 7 RBIs 2 HRs? Is that the game you're thinking of Tree? CFP well he did homer during his first atbat on opening day in 2004. Gave people hope he was fully healthy and ready to put up a year like 2003. But yeah, opening day 2003 @ New York was probably the best day of his life. opening day 2004 was better for me because i expected so much for the team in general, and then corey showed up and made me think that he was going to be amazing this year.

And it's worth every penny. No baseball fan should be without it. Satellite television is a wonderful thing. it's especially great if you have a job during the day, and the team you normally follow plays its games while you're at work. then you can come and relax and have dinner and then at 9 flip on the baseball and just watch whatever game sounds interesting and then within a couple months you'll realize that you like that team that you watch at 9 more than that team you never manage to see at 1:20. at least that was my experience.

Wouldn't forfeits be more entertaining? i would actually go to that. ESPECIALLY if they announced it on campus but somehow kept it a secret to the other team. id love to see the other team's reaction when we sent the waterboy over to the other sideline to tell them. Wonder if they'd still be out at COs after that the way they are after losing by 50. they'd probably file a request with the city to allow the bars to be open at five saturday mornings before games of course, i may be giving the team a little too much credit by assuming that they haven't been showing up to games drunk already.

some people work during the day in the summer and can only watch night games. im a big fan of day games in april, may, and september though.

sorry guys, the bears are going to lose to the panthers and it's going to be all my fault. god hates me and likes to inflict pain on me for no reason, and one of his favorite ways to do that is by making my favorite sports teams lose to teams that my friends are fans of. and guess who my most annoying, jerk friend is a fan of? that's right the carolina panthers. he's from carbondale, il, and his favorite sports teams are ND football, Duke basketball, and Carolina Panthers football. and now he's going to gloat and gloat and gloat. i want to die already. im not watching the game.
