  1. Even I don't know what's going on, I may be involved but I'm still completely lost lol.
  2. Okay guys, it's fair, you caught me. I'm actually a Russian Ph.D student researching today's American society and discussing on several forums about American themes; baseball, guns, US federal and local politics, US football... Calling it quits for today, I've managed to last for a while without being caught!
  3. I don't see that person regretting that tattoo, in any way, or at any moment. At all. It's definitely not something you could find stupid, is it? Anyway, I don't know how true this is, but I've heard that leftists were using that mascot for their own memes, to turn it into some kind of commie Pepe the Frog. Have you guys ever seen this in the wild?
  4. Okay, thanks, I'll try to google it, but at least I got the key idea.
  5. Regarding the whole sale to Japan thing, the player isn't just shipped there after a transaction like a new muffler for your car. Either the guy was approached by the Japanese team, he agreed and then the Japanese team reached a deal with the American one, or the player approached the Japanese, or the Japanese team asked to buy the American player, and then the American team asked the player if he wanted to go or not. In any way, they're not shipped there like a computer part you'd buy on Amazon, the player is supposed to be informed and willing. The opposite happened recently in European soccer, with World Cup winner Kylian Mbappe being sold without his agreement from his club to another, the guy ended up rolling along since he received a part of the hefty sum that was paid, but he was still sold by surprise. ... I can't believe I wrote all of this without a slave joke, especially since Mbappe happens to be black.
  6. Yeah, Ramos is one hell of a ghost, he managed to stay under the radar for a while because that's the first time I hear about him. Would you have a link to AZ Phil's article? I was a little bit out of the loop last spring (... until September) because I had one hell of a lot of work, and completely missed this guy.
  7. But deep down we all know that it would be boring as hell to watch Italian teams play if they only played fair and didn't tiptoe on the line between "unpleasant, but still legal" and "red card" at all times. They'd be sad and bored, we'd be sad and bored, they'd lose, it'd be terrible. I mean, watching Italian soccer compared to what happens in other countries is like listening to metal instead of usual rock, folk or whatever. It's brutal, most people will stare at you in disapproval, but it's... fun?
  8. Eh, not necessarily, a pedicure doesn't just mean you get your nails painted, it can be a cure of your feet to get rid of their dried skin and other yummy, yummy things. Source: I've got a cousin whodoes that for a living. It's disgusting, they're not getting any respect, but they're quite well paid.
  9. Well, why would you, it's the Internet, someone's definitely bound to believe your BS! Hell, there should even be an Internet rule (like Rule 34) that states this : the less realistic a claim is, the more obnoxious and fanatical the ones believing it will be!
  10. The thing is that I don't think they added Nco into the main list because he's a rising star. There's less "content" to analyse in order to measure his talents, and because of that, they're not sure whether they could add him or not. He may well make it into next year's list though!
