Should they shut down the Royals because they haven't done well for 20 plus years. I don't think so. I have been to their ballpark and it is really beautiful. They add a really great family, small town feeling at the ballpark. That is something the MLB needs from some teams.

Regardless of how this season plays out, I am going to buy the DVD of the season recap because it is that special. That would be the first DVD I have bought in 4 years, but the Cubs are so special I would buy it in a heartbeat. Where do you buy those? I am sure the team comes out with some season highlights after the completion of the season of course. When it will come out, I am not sure, but I swear I have seen it offered before... Actually, there's gonna be something better than that this year. A documentary crew has been following the team and documenting the season since ST because they had decided to chronicle the Cubs and the 100 years thing. What an awesomely perfect year for that. That is awesome! I am definitley going to be buying that documentary. I can't wait to see how they put in the addition of Edmonds in May.

This stat right here is what makes the Cubs special more than other years. It has been a long time since I have seen a team this patient at the plate. I mean 16 times all year where they draw 0 or 1 walk. Amazing. I love this team.

If Edmonds gets on and Fuku hits a granny, maybe Howry can come in. Otherwise, no effing way. Howry is like Charlie Brown, he could enter with a 47 run lead with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th and he would still find a way to lose.
