btw, perfect result for this game. not only did we get the win, but we blew them out enough to get our key guys rest in the 4th so they'll have more legs for tomorrow night's game.

dng's overall numbers are looking pretty good. still shooting over 40% from 3 while taking over 4 a game. fg% is up 10 points from this game and as of right now is .456, which isn't great but it's a hell of a lot better than it was a couple weeks ago.

i just don't understand why kurt thomas got so much time down the stretch, and i dont understand how he is still in an nba uniform. getting 5 PF in his first 7 minutes, letting baron davis' corpse blow by him, being unable to get 4 inches off the ground, etc etc. this is right up there with the lucas game in terms of "wtf was thibodeau thinking". if asik plays the second half instead of kurt thomas, i think we probably win this game. i just don't understand it. asik was pretty good in the first half (6 boards)and then flat out got benched. if he wasn't hurt, why the hell was he not playing the second half? because he got in some stupid doghouse or something? there was one point in the 4th quarter where scalabrine and kurt thomas were on the floor at the same time. inexcusable.

the blackhawks went from winning the stanley cup to being on the outside of the playoff picture at midseason

and way to go boozer on picking up the slack on the glass tonight. those 4 boards were crucial. we need more of that from you when noah is out really everybody not named derrick rose should be embarrassed about this game, and that includes thibodeau for playing thomas over asik the entire second half.

i can't imagine a worse loss. at home facing a horrible team after they played the previous night, we come back at the very end and looks like we're going to tie it and our superstar clanks the free throw, and on top of it we lose gibson. our front line is going to be a disaster
