  1. demidov already doing things
  2. busch and pca are both on pace for 6 win seasons
  3. for some reason I'm not that worried about this
  4. I'd be happy if he's only out a couple months
  5. the Brewers are winning 90 games, just accept it and it will be much less annoying
  6. It's annoying, but the cubs gave up 21 baserunnerss, it's hard for me to care about when the padres took the lead
  7. I don't care about the taxi thing. he allegedly choked a girl, was accused of something way worse years later, and I think he's complicit in the Aldrich stuff. I just don't think he's a great dude and I don't see the point in bringing him back
  8. which thing are we talking about about? there's a lot with him
  9. i'm in the minority, but i have no interest in bringing kane back. unfortunately i associate him with more bad stuff than good

  12. i still love going back and reading this https://blogs.fangraphs.com/the-inning-the-cubs-stole/
  13. he's 22 and was picked 6th overall
  14. yeah, they pulled off the Reggie Miller sequence and it was still only the second craziest thing in the game
  15. this reminds me of Michael Scott using his per diem on souvenirs, then explaining that he'd use other money for his food
  16. non-pitching Cubs had a collective .811 ops in 2004
  17. one of my favorite regular season cubs moments ever
  18. you know who is playing out of his mind right now? josh horsefeathers giddey. since the break he's averaging 22/10/9 on 53% shooting (52% from 3). last night he was 2 steals away from a quad-double
