    The signing itself was fine, IMO, but they REALLY dropped the ball by acting like they only needed to prop up the bullpen in-season with the likes of horsefeathering Kintzler. Yep. Morrow was the best option considering the finances of staying under the luxury tax. They should've been more aggressive at the deadline.

    Eugene advances to the NWL Finals with their second consecutive 3-2 win. They navigated around a 2nd and 3rd, 1 out situation in the bottom of the 9th. No game thread tomorrow.

    Eugene is up 3-2 in the 7th. Win and they advance. Lose and there will be a deciding Game 3 tomorrow. Reminder, Eugene had the worst record in the NWL this year and their opponent Hillsboro had the best.

    Man, he's probably one of those people that thinks the Franken thing was all a setup, right? That's one of my favorite lame conspiracy theories: "alright, we're going to pay several women to make up stories about this totally average, unremarkable, ex-SNL writer/cast member Senator, and totally crush him! That will DESTROY the progressive movement in America for DECADES TO come! MUAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAH!!!" No, he basically said it wasn't sexual assault because it wasn't Harvey Weinstein-rape, I told him that it was and accused him of laughing off sexual assault, and then he told me to kill myself. Fun times. Ahh yes, this was indeed why I banned him.
