I notice a lot of people hate Kenny. I realize he's a little douchey but I can't hate a guy who brings up advanced statistics as much as he does. I like him. Yeah I don't get bringing him up. Also, buck is in there.

The Sox are an over the top ridiculous [expletive] show right now. And the Cubs are a shining beacon of all that's right with the world. [expletive] shows are more interesting to talk about, especially in preseason when everybody is tired of the fluff pieces. yeah, the entire world is talking about that stupid story. i heard it was even discussed on the view ffs.

If lack of organization is your concern, you should definitely be on team Megathreads. They're inherently more organized. No. When someone who isn't constantly involved in everyday discussions comes on here not knowing where a certain topic about the Cubs is being discussed and it's just randomly on some page of a thread that is huge hodgepodge of topics, that is not more organized.

ROFL...man, YOU started the General Baseball Chit-Chat thread in the General Baseball Discussion forum. How would a General Cubs Chit-Chat thread be different? I'm not gonna start one just to start one, but if someone feels motivated to do so, who cares? You have a valid point there...but what the hell? You're right, we probably could start threads for everything in general baseball chit chat...it's not like we have a problem with too much thread activity or something. But it's even sillier to me on the Cubs discussions. There's obviously no black and white answer to this, but I don't like what a Cubs general megathread is likely to become, which is basically a disorganized place where we end up posting just about everything about the Cubs.

A general cubs talk megathread is dumb. this is a general cubs talk sub-forum. there's usually a less mega megathread that stuff will fit into if you don't want to make a thread for kris bryant tricking a blind college baseball team and if there isn't, make a thread.

it did occur to me that a banner with a collage of players or something behind the text would be cool. something like that that one reddit page someone posted had. but that's something i am not skilled enough to do and I'm not trying to make work for other people.

More relevant that Mariotti if you ask me. Also Clay Travis isn't relevant enough to be a 1 seed. I'd easily go 16 over 1 in that matchup. I have no idea what a "Clay Travis" is other than some weird hybrid of various country singers. I don't know who he is, but I don't watch college sports at all so...

Russo is awful... I guess he's just not relevant enough. More relevant that Mariotti if you ask me. Also Clay Travis isn't relevant enough to be a 1 seed. I'd easily go 16 over 1 in that matchup. I think Mariotti was so monumentally bad when he was relevant that he still comes to mind.
