Yea,This kid need to adding muscle and weight mass to his frame. Li carries a fastball clocked between 90-92mph(45grade), scouts believe in his fastball could be a plus potential pitch.His outpitch is change-up right now.Former MLB pitcher Hideo Nomo also taught him to throw a slider.

Tseng had been changed his pitch-style for last 2 years. He threw hard last year but lost his control badly. IMO,this kid wanted to prove his talent and he messed up. Tseng has one of best CH in our farm, plus CB with very good command, 87-92mph sinking fastball, solid cutter also. It's difficult to said that but i think Tseng could be the next Kyle Hendricks.
