Ugh, I can't believe they didn't call a foul there down low. 26 seconds left, K-State ball, 75-54 Mizzou...ugh... He's played in every game, averages like 17 minutes per. He's only a soph so I look forward to a backcourt of him and Keon Lawrence for the next two years. Huge play by Matt Lawrence! Mizzou takes the possession on a tie-up. Up 1, 7 seconds left...

You guys are playing them better than we did. I really like your energy, but I think they're getting tired. The missed FT and the botched TO that ended up in a Beasley FT really hurt you guys. Yeah that was ugly TILLER! AND 1! Mizzou leads 75-72! I wish I would've gotten a ticket for this, damn.

Man card? I think there are other things you're going to have to turn over... The woman in Derwood's sig is more manly than you are. I've really bad problems with indigestion now that I drink more beer, and I've developed an aversion toward nearly all hard liquors thanks to many experiences in high school, so that's about the only thing I can manage to drink some nights. But yes, I realize I look like a ninny. Maybe your Wrestling Hawkeye avatar should have a gymnastics leotard on instead.

What's the score, yo? The game isn't on here. KState wins 84-75. The local station here is carrying it. They actually moved the Mizzou-Nebraska game back to tape-delay airing so they could show this game live :lol:

This is what I feel like when I think of the Nomar experience: http://www.cantstopthebleeding.com/img/nomarpain.jpg I've said it before and I'll say it again: the Nomar experience was one of my favorite Cub memories in my lifetime. Nomar is/was my favorite non-Cub for a really long time, and to get to see him on the team was awesome, regardless of the injuries/average play. As for the topic, I'd rather sign Lofton.

Hahahah what a joke squad. So that leaves Carroll Safford M Lawrence Tiller K Lawrence Volkus as the rotation? Oh wow, Anderson Jr. and Berardini are going to get significant minutes aren't they. This is going to be so much of a disaster that now I'm mildly disappointed I won't be able to be there. That game is going to put a whole new meaning on the phrase "40 minutes of hell."

Not if they're getting Jones, Clement, Tillman and Truinfel for Bedard. exactly - that would be a helluva deal for the O's If they come out of this offseason with those four plus Cedeno, Murton, and Gallagher (if that is indeed the proposed deal), they significantly improved their future.
