I was a huge Benson supporter, even up until this offseason, but I've had enough. He's had his chances and he doesn't take advantage of them. I'm ready for the Matt Forte era to start. At this point, I'd cut Benson, sign Travis Henry, and let Henry, Forte, and Peterson battle it out. If Henry doesn't mind being in a split role, split carries between him and Forte throughout the year so Forte doesn't wear down in his first year. -
If Shields would've landed that punch, I think Coco Crisp would've disintegrated into nothing.

Ahahah the White Sox just took Lee Fischer from Mizzou. He had no business playing college ball, let alone being drafted.

As for former Mizzou guys, Jacob Priday was selected in the 11th by Houston, and Ryan Lollis in the 20th by Detroit. Lollis is only a jr. so hopefully he comes back. I was hoping the Cubs would look at Priday, I think he could be like Hoffpauir in this league.

Did you see that flyball that Howry gave up? He's trying as hard as possible to give up home runs tonight no, I live in Missouri. CSN+ isn't really an option out here. And the pessimism started long before Howry.
