  1. this is going to be a special year with soriano.
  2. as opposed to cheap st. louis beer.
  3. well that'll do it
  4. i like phil but i don't know if anyone misses more easier putts than him
  5. 409 pitch AB followed by a first pitch ground out by theriot. i hate this [expletive] team.
  6. yeah i think i have to get one of those.
  7. Theriot is so slow. This SB [expletive] with him has to stop.
  8. The more I think about it, I think Andy is my favorite.
  9. I feel that Nicks will be gone before Britt will be.
  10. i hate when people say this. cubs celebrate walkoffs all the time. it's part of the game.
  11. with braun running? they had a better chance than they did at home. and weeks was definitely safe.
  12. fly ball in the gap between soriano and gathright on the first pitch
  13. I'm fairly confident that will be asked i sure hope so but unfortunately whoever asks it will say "lou, why miles in the 8th?" and accept his answer and leave it at that rather than asking a "tough question". know what i mean? you don't seem to understand how press conferences work. you don't ask the manager a question and then get into a shouting match because you disagree with him. who said anything about a shouting match? for once, i would just like to see a chicago reporter actually ask a tough question and have lou answer it. i get that they wanna remain on lou's good side for access rights and all that jazz, but still... beat your competition by asking tough questions. your columns will be more popular by doing so. i look forward to reading your future articles, mr. journalism.
