i know houston is a pretty good team, but ok st is laying a complete egg. now theyve got me thinking that maybe mizzou has a chance to beat okie state in oklahoma, and i dont like that.

You going to be there? We get the fly-over, which is always awesome, and the new scoreboard. yeah, im coming back down for it (i was in town from wednesday-yesterday, worked last night and tonight, heading back down tomorrow for the long weekend). my girlfriend got me a ticket from a friend, so i figured i'd come down and see the new scoreboard and hopefully a good butt kicking.

Colorado State fans stormed the field after beating Colorado...in Boulder. That was awesome.

Man, I'm shocked at the outcome of today's game. I though Gabbert would have the jitters and I thought Illinois' offense would light up the scoreboard. I had no idea what to expect scheme-wise with two new coordinators. I loved what I saw from the defense today. D-Line was a little suspect at times, but I think that had a lot to do with Juice's speed. LB's were fast as hell, DB's looked very very good. As for offense I thought the line was solid. I would've liked to see a better performance out of the RBs. WRs had some dropped balls, but as a whole were impressive. A full, healthy year from Danario Alexander would be huge for this team. Gabbert has a [expletive] cannon and can run too. I can't wait to see what he turns into. All in all, a great opener. Mizzou shouldn't have much of a problem with their next two games before a big road trip against Nevada. I was pretty confident about that game before (well, moreso than a lot of people I've talked to), and today did nothing to change that. P.S. RIP IMB

If you are referring to last season, he was signed and released by the Skins over a 3-4 week period. for some reason i thought he signed this offseason. thanks for clearing that up. -
