How would violence in Chicago hurt when Rio is in the running? Eh, I dunno, it seems like there's been a lot more "major" violence in the media lately. Whatever, it doesn't matter. It's pretty embarrassing to be the first one eliminated, but the more I think about it the more happy I am they aren't getting it.

I was hoping they'd get it, but I am relieved that I'll be able to actually go to the city without it being completely chaotic and a complete mess over the next 7+ years. Unfortunately, I think the Blagojevich thing and all the violence really hurt their bid.

We all wanted to come out of the first three games with a 2-1 record, and we did just that. Sure, we could be 3-0, but I'm thrilled with a 2-1 record, especially because I don't think we've played our best ball yet. I thought through the first three games both GB and Minnesota would be 3-0. Green Bay, IMO, lost one they shouldn't have (going into the game), so that's big for us. We almost got Minnesota to lose one, but they pulled it out. Either way, I like where we're sitting right now.
