  1. this is enjoyable.
  2. The Chicago Bears have hired Andy Bischoff as their tight ends coach and Michael Sinclair as their assistant defensive line.
  3. or not RT @JasonLaCanfora: Bears are hiring Mel Tucker to be their new defensive coordinator. Being finalized
  4. RT @MikeJonesWaPo Raheem Morris on Sat will interview with Chicago for DC job, according to a source.
  5. Yeah, but that account isn't verified. Zach Zaidman ‏@ZachZaidman #Bears confirm new head coach Marc Trestman has a twitter account: @MarcTrestman1 Well ok then. He should delete it. He just created it yesterday. Yeah, I know. I saw it then, and wasn't sure it was him. Do any other NFL head coaches have twitter accounts? I dunno, seems like a bad idea. I've never sought them out but I know Pete Carroll does.
  6. Jason La Canfora ‏@JasonLaCanfora All signs pointing to Rod Marinelli leaving the Bears. Being recruited to stay but likely to depart. could end up in DAL with Monte Kiffin
  7. RT @seankjensen S-T #Bears Blog: 2 sources believe Trestman will retain defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli. http://t.co/hAiaXV2n
  8. the fact that o'dea is leaving tells me that we didn't want to retain him as STC. Probably true.
  9. I'm kinda bummed O'Dea is leaving. Would've been a pretty seamless transition on special teams.
  10. I'm more apathetic than I thought I'd be. It was McCoy or bust for me, but if its true he didn't want to work with jay then I'm not too upset by it. No one left is/was all that interesting so we'll just have to wait and see.
  11. @AdamSchefter: Former Saints interim head coach Aaron Kromer has accepted the Offensive coordinator and offensive line coaching job with the Chicago Bears.
  12. Trestman will almost certainly be a failure.
  13. Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet Source: Alouettes coach Marc Trestman spent all day today at Halas Hall speaking with #Bears people again.
  14. vaughn mcclure ‏@vxmcclure23 I'm told that Trestman is the heavy favorite for the job.
  15. David Haugh ‏@DavidHaugh According to one candidate who didn't get Bears job, he was told Emery will bring in 2 finalists to Halas Hall beginning tomorrow.
  16. from Dan Pompei: Is Mike McCoy fading as the Bears' top candidate? He could be, and this is why: The Broncos OC has become a hot commodity in other locales. He has been requested to be interviewed for a second time by other teams. The Cardinals now appear to be the frontrunner to land him. But new teams, including the Chargers, also are interested. The Bears, meanwhile, may be turning their attention elsewhere. 2 minutes ago I don't really agree with his logic (other people want him? well I guess we should stop trying). Just figured I'd pass it along.
  17. ohhhh. i see how mizzou could lose 6 games in the SEC.
  18. There's no way that's real. I mean...is it?
  19. A lot of truth there for sure, but missouri wasn't turned down. Probably best to call it a mutual disagreement. It never got to the point where there was a formal offer.
  20. Well yeah, they kinda did. They didn't.
  21. well if Bowers is out for awhile, Mizzou will lose 6 in the SEC.
  22. Clay Travis says Notre Dame would be the 10th best team in the SEC.
  23. Who knew GR would be more pathetic after the title game than Andy?
  24. i wonder what GR's world would be like if he realized that the big ten didn't turn down mizzou
  25. I don't see Mizzou losing 6 games in SEC play.
