    For anyone who might be considering a theme for a game thread, I'd like to point out that Ragtime was about the biggest thing going on in the pop culture when the CUBS last won the World Series. Just a thought.

    I'm sitting here about 75 miles due west of Cincinnati and the rain stopped here a couple of hours ago. Looking off to the west from here, I can see the sun setting in clear skies. Hope this cell in Cincinnati doesn't last too long.

    Who cares? Is it really that much of an honor given this team? Like the past 5 seasons, eventually Fred will be starting the threads anyways once everyone fully loses interest. thats why i didnt bother signing up this year. i didn't either but i'm on deck LOL Fear not. Tony's about to get drafted too ! :wink:

    OK.... our new and revised game thread starter lineup after the Logan's premature eja ... er.... false start will be as follows.......... at bat: the Logan (Thur 24 April v. Arizona) on deck: Treymon (0-1) in the hold: imb! Each starter keeps going until they lose one, then the next person takes over. Remember our NSBB motto..... "Get it up before midnight" doesn't mean while the previous game is still going on, eh? We now return you to your regularly scheduled game thread
