It's a damn shame radio feed isn't as fast as TV. I've tried listening to Pat & Ron (both) in the past and muting the TV, but I've found it discombobulating.

I gave this same rant a few pages ago and it fell on deaf ears. This team (of posters) is a bunch of choking dogs. Eh, some of us are a bunch of old coots, or almost old coots, who have witnessed Cub craptacularity and disasters for decades. I think we deserve some props for even being here after so many seasons. 8-)

Rizzo should be leading off. At least he works the count. Fowler, he can bat 8 with the off chance he hits himself on base At this point, he might as well get plunked at every AB. Need to get on base before worrying abt driving ppl in. Sorry, just venting. Sick of the damn stage fright by the guys and usual fellating of any opponent of the Cubs by national broadcasters.

Would someone please point me to a good thread or article explaining why Arrieta has been so streaky since the All Star Break? I mean, I love how Hendricks found his inner Greg Maddux, but I'm not liking how Arrieta is resembling Forrest Gump's box of chocolates whenever it's his day to start.
