This one's on Maddon (a rare thing this season). Instead of pinch-hitting Montero for Ross in the top of the 8th, he stuck with Ross for some reason against Broxton. And then he pulled Bryant back and had Herrera hit for Lester. When you have a chance to step on their throats, you do it. And then no Grimm and using Rodney in a high leverage spot is even worse. Oh well, division wasn't realistic anyways.
