    The Knicks have an awesome history of drafting international players. This guy has no lateral quickness. It'll be fun watching him in the D'Antoni offense.

    I like him more than Jarryd Bayless if you're looking for a PG. Like I said though I think if they could have found a way to get Mayo... It wasn't a pick I particularly expected the Sonics to make and keep. I think it'll work for them, but I don't think he'll be more than a good roleplayer for the time being.

    Riley is talking so much about due diligence you'd figure he was being investigated for anti-trust violations. Any time you hear those words dropped a lot, the person uttering them is not a happy camper.

    Rumor is he'll be takaing a paycut when he enters the NBA. Wait, what? There've been a number of rumors that he's been getting paid under the table in Southern Cal. Also, Minnesota is going to regret this pick.

    Fun-loving guy off the court? Is that "fun-loving" in the sense that he likes playing practical jokes, enjoys playing PS3 with teammates, and an all-around good guy or "fun-loving" in the Tank Johnson/Pac-Man Jones sense? I'm betting the latter.

    My new job has some rough time constraints, especially in terms of getting to bed relatively early. When I'm going to bed, most games either are just finishing up or are still ongoing. I still do summaries the next day after I get back from work rather than the night the games finish up.

    Their system is mediocre. They have a few intriguing pitching prospects, but no outright studs. Hitting-wise, there's not a whole lot there.

    His trade value is low. The risk that he'll never see the majors is high enough that pretty much every team won't part with a star player in order to get him. The possibility that he could turn out to be really good is evident enough that the Cubs would likely be smart to hang onto him for another year to see whether he is the real deal or not. In other words, I don't think he's going anywhere for the time being.

    I usually use a combination of ground eye of the round, cooked rice, black beans, and diced tomatoes.

    Take two guajillo peppers and remove the seeds and stems by dragging your finger down the middle. Put some olive oil in a pan and heat it up to medium. Lay the peppers flat and turn them quickly so that they cook up a tad, maybe about 15-20 seconds total. Remove the peppers and put them in a blender. Pour in the oil and any additional olive oil. Add a decent amount of apple cider vinegar and some lime juice. Blend well.

    I say we talk about the Bulls' draft instead. Go Rose. After thinking a lot about this, I've come to agree. Beasley measuring in shorter than his listed height and his character concerns make me leery enough to think Rose would be the better choice.
