Same here. I guess they really hate Castillo. Or they want to sign David Ross for Lester purposes. I wouldn't trade Castillo unless we get a nice package.

What's the risk? If he walks, they get a pick. It just seems like a move for the sake of making a move given the state of their ML team and their farm system. It's a move to help them contend this season. If it doesn't work, they're still "stuck" with Sale, Quintana, Rodon. -

There is so much left undone for a lot of teams and so many players left out there that it is preposterous to say that at this point. Unless someone signs both Lester and Scherzer, nobody is beating Shark for nothing, Robertson, LaRoche, and Duke.
