  1. I hate my addiction to this team. I want so badly to walk away.
  2. This is obviously Neifi Perez…….too soon?
  3. Exactly. I wish someone smarter than myself could explain why we’re more concerned about our pitching than this mediocre offense that goes missing all the time.
  4. In all seriousness, is there a single Cub fan watching this game that did not say that very thing to themselves?
  5. What bookie lets a guy making roughly $300K per year rack up $4.5M in debt?
  6. That's a playoff team for sure. The team currently assembled is a .500 team if given a decent bullpen. We currently stand at a -7 run differential. Of the 9 games our bullpen has blown, just converting just 33% of those puts us at .500 on the year.
  7. My heart goes out to Len. To have to not only watch, but constantly talk about this turd of a team has to be tough. Like creating a drinking problem tough.
  8. So the Cubs will be worth watching at least every fifth game; so we've got that going for us.
  9. That's an improved approach for Castro? That looked ridiculous.
  10. That's better than those of us who stayed awake feel.
  11. I was wrong. This offense will be just fine.
  12. I'm not sure if I hate him more because of his stupid chin hair or his complete lack of baseball talent.
  13. We're not; and I don't think anyone's mad yet. It's coming though. Quickly.
  14. This offense is going to cause much destruction of Cubs fans material possessions.
  15. From a purely attendance based view; how does Philadelphia (#1 in 2012 attendance, and surrounded by parking lots and crap), Milwaukee (#11 in attendance in 2012, right behind the Cubs, and surrounded by parking lots), and Anaheim (#7 in 2012 attendance, and same crap type locale) get all those people to come to games? Pittsburgh had a good season, and has some decent bars, etc around it and had terrible attendance. Is it purely having a good team? I really am interested to know. While I'm confident that Rosemont isn't happening; I'm equally confident the Cubs could do quite well outside of Wrigleyville.
  16. Not buying it. Superstars cannot make mistakes.
