  1. Len talked about this during a game. Rizzo told him he was just messing around in the cage with different stances and it felt good to him. So send your fruit to Rizzo.
  2. Had no idea Rizzo was still a rookie. Awesome.
  3. I came up with 8 players I want traded... hopefully Theo can hit .500
  4. Almora making lots of contact, not much to show for it so far.
  5. Gotta imagine he's a guy who will see Peoria soon. Back-to-back 1-0 shutouts for Boise Hawks. Didn't see Dickson, but Ackerman looked really good.
  6. 4th round pick a couple of years ago. Really raw, nice velo. Lefty. Good curve tonight. Using a change as well. Just overmatched a guy with a high fastball on 3-2 for his 5th k in 3 shutout innings.
  7. Stephen Bruno just got hit for the 9th time in 38 games.
  8. Some guy named Moran is pitching for the AZL Reds. Awesome.
  9. Kershaw had a comebacker hit him on the wrist during his start today. Was wishing like crazy he broke it.
  10. Maples... yikes. edit: there we go! Brent Peterson walks. Humberto Valor hit by pitch. Brent Peterson to 2nd. With Tanner Rahier batting, Brent Peterson steals (9) 3rd base. Humberto Valor steals (8) 2nd base. With Tanner Rahier batting, wild pitch by Dillon Maples, Brent Peterson scores. Humberto Valor to 3rd. Tanner Rahier walks. Adam Matthews strikes out swinging. Jhimmy Lopez grounds into a double play, shortstop Carlos Penalver to first baseman Trevor Gretzky. Tanner Rahier out at 2nd
  11. definitely.
  12. What are his numbers up to? Overall: .267/.321/.383/.704, 367 PA Since June 1: .330/.369/.486/.855, 195 PA drool.
  13. Not sure of KG's meaning here.
  14. not sure, but I know since june he's batting well over .300 with an ops above 800
  15. mentioned this on an earlier page. doing quite well as a reliever.
  16. is this the let's call dumb hit and runs day?
  17. At this point, what's the difference between giving Jackson a shot and watching LaHair fail miserably. At least Jackson would provide better defense and speed when he does reach base. Also, I've seen enough of Clevenger as well. Send him down and bring up Castillo to platoon with Soto. Since he came back from the DL, he is hitting under .200 with an OBP just above .200 with virtually no extra base hit power. Yeah, Clevenger is basically Koyie Hill at this point. Bring back Henry Blanco.
  18. Are you talking about Billy Hamilton? No chance in hell.
  19. Boise Hawks Radio guy says he's been 91-92, though he hasn't gotten readings for a couple starts.
  20. Oh great, it's Hayden Simpson.
  21. Scott probably weights 160 pounds soaking wet. Rail-thin.
  22. He just dropped a sick curveball on 3-2 and didn't get the call. Ump has been squeezing him like crazy.
