    There's value to another voice in the room when it comes to player evaluation, but it can only be a distraction in the player development side. I feel they simply paid lip service to Oneiri being capable for delivering their message to the players. Now that they actually have some of "their guys" coming into the pipeline it's beyond time to get a development guy in there to teach their style. I wonder if that hiring has been made yet.

    As bad as the Cubs are, there is zero chance of catching the Astros. They are in their own league of bad. It's not very likely, but what other reasons can I think of to pick a team to beat the Cubs? If the Cubs have to be worse than the Astros, I hope it's next year. ??     From watching Boise's home games, he looks way more comfortable at 2B than anywhere else, although he hasn't got to play there much because of Amaya.
