Seriously? Purdue hand checks and grabs all the way through the shot clock and we get called for a moving screen? Paul needs to keep driving. Good things happen when he does.

This team just looks lost. The offense is stagnant. Little screening, poor passing, and the cutting is predictable and easy to guard. Defensively, we keep losing our assignments on switches and we're consistently giving up wide open 3s on penetration and dish. The effort doesn't look all there either.

Well it's looking like it's going to be a close game that will most likely be decided in the last couple of possessions. You know what that means. Guaranteed loss.

Must win game for Illinois tonight against Penn State. The Illini are 8 pt favorites which I think is too much considering: how well Penn State has played lately, Weber's struggles against PSU, and that the storm might decrease the size of the crowd and thus, negatively impact Illinois' homecourt advantage. Keys to this game are: getting out to a fast start, limiting the damage to Battle and Brooks, and McCamey playing better. He needs to get his shot going to give him confidence early. DJ too. If Illinois loses this they very well could be 14-9 after Saturday. That's a disturbing thought.
