Not that it retroactively makes the trade better. If you thought it was too much value, this probably doesn't change that fact. But, imagine Strop and Rondon being down and us not having Chapman.

Major League Baseball needs to step in and force this team to give us Trout for nothing. He shouldn't be relegated to spending his prime years playing behind Jered Weaver and Ricky Nolasco. Send him to where he belongs.

I hope we clinch a wild card on a day that Lackey pitches and loses because of a costly error and we party like hell.

Until tonight, Strop and Chapman both have only pitched once since 8/2. There was one game Rondon really should have been used and it was on a day where Maddon considered him out, because of heavy usage warming up the two days prior. We are just kicking teams' asses and our starting pitching has been amazing. It's the benefit of being really freaking good. We don't even need to use our Bullpen of Death.

Was it David that linked it earlier? Rondon warmed up hard for two straight days, so Joe considered him out yesterday. I don't think it's that concerning. We just haven't needed him.
