Where will guys start next season at? (Full Season Rosters)

I just looked at overall stats for the entire year. 93+ innings in college 52 innings for Boise & Peoria Have been told he has excellent stuff just needs fine tuned. I was also told even tho he went to a D1 program, they didnt have a pitching coach. I guess I see future development in him and even along with struggles, he got better as time went along. -

Josh Whitlock - was at Boise now at Peoria - said to have great potential - be at Daytona next year - in my opinion.
