I did a zip code search of weather for where I was golfing yesterday and there was 0% precip from 6am to 2pm yesterday. It rained from 6am to noon. NEVER trust/believe people/things who/that report/declare weather. Maybe you need a new weather app. Probably easier for meteorologists to just learn what 0% and 100% mean, and use them very sparingly.
